1. Who we are
Frontier Labs provides two fixed-price digital services: the AI App Rescue Audit and Custom Dataset, Delivered. Full legal entity details (registered name, address, registration number) will be published here once entity registration is complete; until then, you can reach us at the contact address below for any privacy question.
2. What data we collect
- From order forms: your name, email address, and the order details you submit — for the Rescue Audit, your repo link or app URL and a description of the issue; for the Dataset service, your requested source URLs and the fields you need.
- From the newsletter signup: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
- Repo or app access you grant us: for the Rescue Audit, any code or application content you share for the purpose of the audit.
- We do not collect card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor; we never see or store your card data.
3. Why we process it
- To confirm feasibility of your order, deliver the audit or dataset you ordered, and provide related support.
- To send you the Stripe payment link for your order and confirm payment status.
- To send newsletter emails, only if you've explicitly subscribed.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (fulfilling your order), your explicit consent (newsletter signup, and the withdrawal-right acknowledgment collected on order forms), and our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
Order data (including any repo/app access details or source lists) is retained for as long as needed to deliver your order and provide reasonable post-delivery support, then deleted or anonymized — typically within 90 days of delivery unless a longer period is required to resolve an open support or withdrawal request. Billing records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting law. You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to section 7.
6. Who we share it with
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (Workers/D1). Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Repo or app access you grant for a Rescue Audit is used solely to produce your audit and is not reused for any other purpose.
7. Your rights
- Access to the data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), except where we are legally required to retain it.
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Cookies
This site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies (none used for tracking or third-party advertising). If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this section and request consent where required by law.
